At the award winning Lallapolosa Baking Company we have one mission, to bring you the most spectacular range of brownies, cookies, cakes and confections you will find.  We have a passion for the very best, and we know that you do too.

The name Lallapolosa means “something exceptional of its kind”.  It signifies our commitment to excellence and standing out from the crowd, to being a little bit different.  From our striking creations to the beautiful packaging that accompanies them creativity is our driving force and it has helped us shape a unique portfolio that we are delighted to present to you.

The Lallapolosa Story

Lallapolosa is the creation of business partners and husband and wife team Elyse Savage and Adam Jones. The idea was born out of Elyse’s love of baking and an aspiration by the couple to create something a little different.  Lallapolosa originated in the farmers markets of Surrey and South West London where Adam and Elyse built up a loyal following. From these early beginnings came Lallapolosa Baking Company, its unique range and delectable approach to all things baking.

Lallapolosa’s award winning portfolio is the very personal creation of Elyse, a life-long baker and professional cake decorating instructor who has taught at some of Britain’s most prestigious schools.  It has been developed through years of lost hours in the kitchen, Elyse’s distinctive creative culinary style, a true love affair with baking and a desire to share that with others.

A young and exciting company Lallapolosa has been awarded 10 national Great Taste Awards to date.  The company’s handful of entries since 2012 has successfully picked up five 1 Gold Star, four 2 Gold Star and a 3 Gold Star Great Taste Award, the latter awarded to only around 100 of 9,000 entrants.  Lallapolosa is phenomenally proud of this achievement in a set of industry awards designed to recognise the very best foods available anywhere in Britain today.
