Delivery Charges

We operate a sliding scale of Postage and Packaging (P&P) charges based on the value of your order.  We use this system to ensure that each customer contributes the lowest feasible amount in relation to the cost of despatching their order.  At Lallapolosa we do not make any profit from P&P and contribute to the cost of each order. 

We despatch every order through our dedicated courier service. As a guide Postage and Packaging (P&P) charges will be as follows unless otherwise indicated:

  • £0 - £25.00 total order value will incur £3.95 P&P
  • £25.01 - £75.00 total order value will incur £4.95 P&P 
  • £75.01 - £150.00 total order value will incur £5.95 P&P
  • £150.01 + total order value will incur FREE OF CHARGE P&P 

Non UK Mainland, Special, Weekend and Holiday Deliveries

To discuss non UK mainland, special, weekend or holiday period deliveries please contact us via In these instances we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fee(s) in excess of the stated guide.  Any additional charges will always be passed on at the cost price provided to us by our distribution partner.  We will always agree any additional delivery fee with you in advance of despatch.   

Delivery Timeframe

Your order will be delivered within 5 working days of your date of order.  If you would like to discuss delivery on a specific date, or need your order delivered earlier than 5 working days, please contact us via and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Please check your delivery address details carefully as we cannot unfortunately be responsible for non-delivery of your order if any part of the postal address supplied is incorrect. We are also unable to post orders to an address containing a PO Box number or to individuals whose address contains a PO Box number.

Delivery Process and Instructions

Our deliveries will require a signature.  If there is no one to receive the goods upon arrival we will leave a calling card containing contact details for the local courier depot.  This is where your order will be held.  You will then be able to contact the courier depot directly to arrange pick up.

Price and Payment

The credit and debit cards accepted by Lallapolosa Baking Company Ltd are listed on our website.  We use both SagePay and PayPal to process payment.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not authorise payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the products ordered.

The full price of each product and its delivery will be as quoted on our website except in cases of obvious error or where further delivery costs may apply.

In cases of incorrectly displayed prices we shall be under no obligation to provide the product or delivery to you at the incorrect price, even after you have received order confirmation and/or the order has been processed. 

Where such errors are identified we will always contact you by e-mail or by telephone at the earliest opportunity and obtain your confirmation that the amended price is acceptable.


If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at .  If your order has already been produced we will be unable to cancel and/or refund your order.  All refunds, full or partial, will be at the sole discretion of Lallapolosa Baking Company.


Lallapolosa Baking Company is built upon the exceptional taste and experience of our product.  However in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order we must receive your complaint in writing.  We may also require, and will advise you so in this instance, that the goods, complete with packaging, be returned to us by recorded post within the best-before date of the items.

If requested please send your returns, keeping your proof of postage, to: Returns, Lallapolosa Baking Company Ltd, Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2RR.  If your complaint is either upheld or partially upheld we will re-fund the full cost of your return postage.  We will also at our discretion either fully or partially refund your original order, or replace it at no extra charge.

We reserve the right to make a refund only to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to Lallapolosa Baking Company Ltd if we refund any such payment to you.

Since taste is a very personal and highly subjective matter unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on the basis that you do not like the taste or flavour of your order.  We are however always very happy to hear your feedback and suggestions on how you feel our range of products can be improved.
